​In December 2010, Kimberly collaborated with the Malawi Culture, Heritage, and Art Foundation. Artists from across the country came together to discuss their role as artists in Malawi and how they can contribute to social justice issues within the country's cultural landscape. These conversations transformed into murals representing themes such as LGBQ discrimination, Indigenous cultural heritage preservation, and economic prosperity. Professional artists mentored students had the opportunity to exhibit their work at the Museums of Malawi.
